2 quiet weekendsBut plenty of sleepless nights!!

Well the weather has not been the best and some of our youngsters seem to be attached to the barns with elastic!! They've been in and out like yoyo's. We've had a couple of quiet week-ends mostly because we've read the weather reports and thought the 4yr olds wouldn't learn too much in the pouring rain trying to jump courses when alls said and done they're only 4 whats a few more week-ends to wait for them to get going. In the mean time we've had plenty of foals the grand total so far being 18-all of which can be found on the foals page. Also whilst we've not been too busy we have loose jumped several of the young mares who for one reason or another have re-absorbed their foals-it's always interesting to see them go and for anyone who fancies a bargain project I'd give us a call regarding L'alme she'll only finish around 16hh but the jump is amazing and now's the time to snap her up before we put any time and money into her!!
This week-end is going to be busy toady we've been to Weston Lawns - not a bad day 2 4yr olds(Danna and Daddy's Pleasure) qualified for the final in September and Calou jumped a double clear Discovery. Balia was a little spooky in the 6yr qualifier but jumped the Foxhunter for the last fence down in the jump off so he's now prepared for the Hoys 6yr qualifier on Monday then Carla had a fence in the jump off of the Discovery but as this was my first show on her I was pleased I think a little bridle change is in order!! Tomorrow we are planning a trip to Kingswood then on Monday a return journey to Weston Lawns so with night checks on the mares in between times I can see us being worn out by Tuesday!!!
