Well the young horses have done two shows so yesterday was the turn of the older horses. Last week we expected the young horses to be rather excited but they behaved very well-the older ones were not quite as contained!! The collecting ring turned a couple of them into over-excited idiots!
They all redeemed themselves in the ring Bentley did a lovely double clear in the 1.05 and came 3rd the two mares Avola and Anouk both had four faults in the jump off. Then Zatina jumped her third newcomers and was placed 3rd with a double clear. The highlight of the day though was the 1.15 we thought the three older horses would benefit from a run around this to get them back into the swing of things. Ulrich managed a 3rd place, Domino was 2nd and Ursula won so obviously the rest has done them all good. They are now ready to step back up to bigger things!!
