A successful day for the young horses at southview. Carl Freeman and Barney Rubble achieved another double clear and placing in the British Novice, Zipina T also achieved her first double clearwith myself, Steph Ward who bought her horse Belisar form us earlier in the summer has since returned to our yard for further training with him to prepare for next years eventing season- they also achieved their first double clear as a partnership.
The rest of the team were all exteremly unlucky in the British Novice and the Discovery with a double that Paul Welstead had built in a rather awkward place for young horses it was along side the collecting ring wall so the distraction and a double was rather too much for several of the 4yr olds.
Anouk was the most unlucky she jumped a fabulous round did lots of good turns in the jump off and then tipped the last pole. Showjumping!!!!!
